This simplicity encourages frequent, genuine expressions of gratitude, which has positively impacted team morale. **What do you dislike about HeyTaco?** The daily cap of five tacos can be a bit restrictive for our larger team at GlobalGiving. I wish it was customizable but I think it's a good challenge to limit yourself. Also, I think the reward system/stickers are a bit confusing and underutilized. **What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you?** HeyTaco has made it easy for us to show each other a little extra appreciation day-to-day, which can be hard to keep up with in a fast-paced environment.
