On my first day of onboarding and I learnt about tacos, I couldn't wait to give them! I probably utilise my taco giving at least 3/5 days a week if not more... I think it's such a simple and perfect way to show appreciation to my colleagues, as well as feeling a boost when you receive them, too! **What do you dislike about HeyTaco?** Nothing! I love the different types + rarities you get in the Gift Shop i.e. Pet Rock, Taco tree etc, but I'm yet to give these out. The only negative would be that they are capped at 5 per day! It can be a fun addition to Slack for the right company culture. I appreciate the option to make the tacos redeemable for actual rewards. **What do you dislike about HeyTaco?** Most of the things that I dislike about HeyTaco have more to do with my company's settings than the actual app. Namely, the limitation on what channels tacos can be awarded in and the absolute flood of notifications. When I get a notification, it's hard to trace it back to the post where I'm mentioned. Additionally, if you make an error when awarding your tacos and edit it, it's sometimes unclear if the tacos have been awarded or not. Also, I think it's silly that the incremental taco awards: Pet rock, taco tree etc have no actual value in the world of taco to rewards exchanges. **What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you?** HeyTaco helps us stay connected to one another and celebrate our wins together, even when working remotely. One of the best parts of the app is the ability to turn your tacos in to real-world rewards! **What do you dislike about HeyTaco?** The only thing I don't like about the app is having to log in every time I want to see my rewards. Since I am already logged in on Slack, it would be nice to be able to have those credentials carry over to the web portal. I know it doesn't always work that way, so I'm not too upset about it. I know this is nit-picky, but that's really the only thing I dislike about HeyTaco! **What problems is HeyTaco solving and how is that benefiting you?** HeyTaco definitely makes the Slack channels more engaging and fun. When I first gained access to the Taco program, I thought the taco trees were actually worth 3 tacos because the photo shows 3 tacos sitting in a tree. They are rare items, why not make them worth more tacos?
