Heyrise AI is a software for B2B manufacturers and wholesalers that receive orders and quote requests also outside their shop or EDI, for example by email, PDF, WhatsApp, webchat, Teams or phone. The software reads each incoming request and asks the customer for any missing details, such as item or quantity. It then matches the request to products, checks stock and customer-specific prices, and creates a basket, quote request or order in the backend system. A sales employee can review and approve each order before it is sent, and can take over the conversation at any time. Rules can be set per market, customer group, order size or product group, for example to let small repeat orders go through automatically. Further use cases: - Product advice when a customer doesn’t know which item fits - Repeat orders based on order history, including suggestions for related items - Offering alternatives when an item is out of stock Integrations include SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Zendesk, Akeneo, SCAYLE and any system with an API. Hosting is in the EU or on-premise, and customer data is not sent to external AI model providers.
