HeyRik is a platform for building AI phone agents for sales, customer support, appointments and outbound campaigns. Teams configure an agent’s voice, languages and conversation instructions, add business knowledge and connect a phone number. Agents support inbound conversations and outbound calling workflows. The workspace includes agent templates, voice selection, knowledge management, call transcripts and analytics. Teams can review conversations and refine their agents over time. HeyRik also provides voice cloning and text-to-speech capabilities. Phone connectivity includes Twilio and SIP options. A free Starter plan lets teams begin testing; paid plans are based on call volume.
