**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

So many things. I manage multiple channels with multiple approvers and HeyOrca's system for approvals is easy and seamless. It's one of the most use friendly plaforms I've used. I also really appreciate all the contant addition of features that improve the platform and help me work more efficiently. Everything from scheduling reels and stories with direct publish, to scheduling collaborations, to AI caption options, to easy crossposting features. Also, I rarely have any problems, but when I do the HeyOrca customer support team is easy to connect with and always very quick to resolve the issue even going above and beyond to help. I also appreciate the social inbox and reporting features so that I can manage all of our social media from one place. Overall, I can't recommend HeyOrca enough to anyone working with multiple channels and needing feedback/approvals on posts particularly in an agency type setting.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I feel like the reporting could be a little more robust. Also, the social inbox doesn't allow for just "liking" Instagram comments. Not deal breakers by any means, but would be nice to have.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to HeyOrca our scheduling platform was not the most user friendly and it was a little clunky switching from one calendar to the next. Also, their was minimal customer support and we had problems with posts not being published and not being notified. All of this has been eliminated by using HeyOrca. Having the ability to schedule things like Reels and Collaborations, and using AI to help with captions is definitely a time saver and I really appeciate these features.

Amazing customer service, very responsive and extremely helpful! The platform is incredibly user friendly, scheduling posts, adding accounts, pulling reports etc are all very straightforward. The platform has so many functions which is really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

The variety of emojis is really outdated and would really like to see this updated.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved a scheduling a reporting problem we had with previous platforms. They make everything very straightforward, even with the additional features, its not complicated.

I love how clean and simple the interface is – especially the calendar view, which makes it super easy to plan and visualise content across platforms. The ability to tag posts by campaign or theme keeps everything organised, and the hashtag library is such a time-saver when building out posts!

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I'd love to see more flexibility in post previews and slightly better built-in analytics.

HeyOrca makes it way easier to plan and organise content, especially across multiple accounts. The calendar view and built-in tools help cut down on stress and save loads of time.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I like the quick responses and engagement from the HeyOrca team! They seem really genuine and are always helpful
I also like the simple overview for scheduling and the details in the user experience is great! It seems like they thought of everything and are constantly improving still

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I think there are minor changes that would improve the experience for me personally; I find the hierarchy roles may be somewhat restrictive, and I also have been wishing for more flexible calendar settings (specifically I would like to change the starting weekday, and display week numbers). I also think maybe moving multiple posts from one date to another could be simplified, it's a slightly confusing process for me personally.

It would be cool to have a notification setting to recieve an email or notice when a post is published for a certain platform or account, so that you can easily see the upload and review the engagement live. These are moreso ideas for future development, overall I think it's very good!

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyOrca helps schedule content posting, get an overview of schedule, suggest times for schedule, preview posts, remind me of platform limitations (like Twitters character limit), and overall helps me plan ahead so I can put more time into other things

I love that I can share actual creative assets and captions with clients within HeyOrca. Previously, I was using Google docs to copy and paste assets and captions and it really was inefficient. This is an all in one platform - you can schedule, share for approval and get metrics.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I wish there was a way to search for emojis quickly, and save handles oftend used when tagging/collaborating.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily and efficiently get approvals on captions and actual assets. I also love how I can schedule months worth of assets in a minimal amount of time.

The integrated features like caption generator, hashtag library, link shortener, plus Canva and DropBox integration. Plus, their customer service is unmatched! They also offer a great newsletter and webinars that help me navigate social media trends and updates.

The Canva integration is a little odd to get used to and it would be nice to add music to posts in HeyOrca.

Helps save me time by having many ways to customize social posts right on the calendar. The review process is so easy and seamless to be able to send the calendars to the client to review and make comments. HeyOrca is seriously a game changer!

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

HeyOrca is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service is very quick to respond with any questions I may have. The numerous features allow you to customize your experience.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

It would be helpful to be able to select a thumbnail image when adding a video so the home page doesn't appear black on the client's socials. I believe this used to be an option for Facebook but recently I haven't been able to use this feature. Also it was never an option for Instagram.

Scheduling social media content across a wide variety of clients.

Besides the basic scheduling and posting feature, HeyOcra's share and approve content feature is unique and very handy. 

I also really like HeyOrca customer support, almost like 24/7 and super helpful.

The team also created the most easy to use platform with webinar and instruction videos.

Plus, their newsletters are amazing!

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I can't think of anything so it's hard to write this one.

Scheduling and posting many accounts at the same time. 

No need for manually posting.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

The most beneficial asset of HeyOrca would be the organization and ease of content creation. As the marketing director for a Destination Marketing Organization, I am constantly having to line up content months in advance. With HeyOrca's Calendar feature, it easily gives me a visual of where content is needed. 

I love the tools of time optimization, link shortening, audience narrowing, hashtag library, and more. I use these every day to assist in engaging, intentional, content. 

The customer support team has always been excellent and will send you updates on all their newest tools, tips, and tricks. Easy to implement software and very easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I'd love it if the time optimization transferred to each day, automatically. If I need to move Tuesday's Instagram post to Thursday, sometimes I will forget to adjust the time optimization to Thursday's target time, resulting in less engagement.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyOrca is helping me be more productive with my content creation. Being able to crank out 5 days of social posts, line them up, and approve them for posting, all in one day, is a huge timesaver and helps keep my mind at ease. After I finish lining up my posts for the week, I can wash my hands of it knowing that HeyOrca will post it at the correct time, every time. and if there happens to be a small issue or glitch with facebook or instagram, HeyOrca's team is always the first to know. HeyOrca gives me peace of mind and helps organize our staff!

I love how easy the system is! I love the bulk create feature in choosing all the platforms I want to make a post for, I love that it automatically posts it for me once I schedule them, I also LOVE the scheduling to TikTok feature- HeyOrca saves me so much time!

Nothing! HeyOrca constantly updates its features which helps when new tools and resources come out like AI captions and hashtag suggestions based on SEO.

It's solving the time aspect of a Social Media Manager. I have to photograph, videograph, write and produce all my content for various events-HeyOrca makes all the work worth it when I can simply go in and bulk create and schedule the content for all platforms!

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I was looking for a simple social media scheduler to work with, pretty to look at and fit all of my clients' accounts on one page. I wanted a month-view calendar and HeyOrca had exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is quick and has always helped me figure out any issues I've come up against. I use this platform every day and recoommend it to other social media managers on a regular basis. Connecting HeyOrca to social media channels is simple. LOVE!

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

The only reason I might not have chosen HeyOrca is the price, but I've learned over the years that you get what you pay for! It is worth the investment, in my opinion.

HeyOrca keeps my posts organized and keeps me on track. Whenever I have a question with my account, the customer service team is SO helpful and so quick to answer questions.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I like the different settings you can put on a post. Working in an agency, it is nice to have HeyOrca's workflow from draft, to awaiting approval, to approve/schedule. I also like the comments on each post for things to change. Managing several accounts and clients in an agency, it makes it easy to handle several accounts.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I wish that they auto cropped images that do not fit the dimensions. I also wish the automation for video content was better.

HeyOrca helps with social media management and automation. It also helps with approvals for client/agency.

Deciding to trust HeyOrca with our client's social media schedule was one of the best decisions we've made for our agency. It's rare to come into any issues, and if you do, their support goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Their webinars are top-tier, and their Facebook page is a must-follow. We especially loved that they involved their users in their growth strategy for the new year. They make it feel like we haven't just bought another software tool but joined a community. Could not recommend more.

I wish we could add trending audio to our posts when we schedule them, but I'm not even sure if that's possible. Which is not a downvote aimed at their capabilities! More to technology as a whole, haha

HeyOrca is the best social media scheduler I have ever used. The responsiveness of their support team is unparalleled – I click the support chat button, and they are online helping me within minutes. Beyond the exceptional service, HeyOrca fosters a wonderful community of supportive users. The team consistently seeks feedback, shares valuable tips, and updates users on industry news. If my CEO ever switches away from HeyOrca I would probably just quit.

The only time I have had problems with HeyOrca is when the social media platform APIs change. The HeyOrca team actually does a good job keeping up with these changes and quickly resolving issues when they arise.

Love how my client-authorization process is more efficient ever since I use HeyOrca! Its so simple for our customers to use. Every time I've had a problem the support team comes with a solution within a few hours. Migrating from the past SAAS was so easy we've even forgot how to use it. It has the right number of features a Social Media Agency needs. I fully recommend it!

The Mobile App should include all the features you see in the web version. Integrating things like polls and PDF's for LinkedIn would be usefull.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

We came to HeyOrca when our previous tool was withdrawed by its developer. We wanted something that was easy to use for a small but busy team. We watched demonstrations from a number of similar tools and went for HeyOrca because it looked, to us, to be the simplest solution. 

I works really well for us. Our team use it to schedule content everyday, and we've been able to share it with trusted non-comms colleagues because of how user friendly it is. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

It would be fantastic if it worked from a mobile device as well as it does from the main computer. It's pretty perfect already, but some kind of app version would be amazing,

HeyOrca allows us to see, as a remote team, what each other is doing and ensure that we don't flood our channels with conent. We can plan ahead and, quickly and easily make dynamic decisions about changing the sceduled posts if something comes along that is time sensitive.

I like the copy feature and the drag and drop- this makes it so easy and time saving.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I love the way the calendar feature allows me to visually plan out content.  They just recently added the ability to note upcoming events in the calendar as a visual reminder. 

My team loves HeyOrca because of the way it allows us to collaborate on content, without the needing to use spreadsheets, and shared documents. Managing these documents took up so much of our time before switching to HeyOrca.

Our clients love being able to view and approve, and provide feedback on content, with ease. They can even do so from their phones.

Also, HeyOrca's customer service is outstanding. They are quick to respond and make their client's needs their top priority.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I am looking forward to being able to attach images to LinkedIn posts at some point, this is not currently (as of June 2017) available.

I love that I can plan out our social media months in advance & then my clients can review it all and leave comments. My favorite feature is that you can rearrange posts in the future Instagram feed to customize your grid!

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Every once in a while, reels won't fully go through to Instagram. Thankfully, I can get email notifications when this happens and all I have to do is jump on HeyOrca and click "publish now" - they almost always go through the second time.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives my clients a full visual of their social media ahead of time. Instead of long conversations planning out post order, I can input them directly into HeyOrca & then we can both rearrange from there.

Theirs staffis outstanding, especially their customer services.  Everyone I've worked with has been knowledgeable and helpful.  I usually can get someone on chat pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Sometimes I can't see what I have scheduled in Meta Business Suite.  Every now and then I have to go there.  I would be nice if to see if HeyOrca could pull in those posts.

HeyOrca really is helping me get my day back!  I don't have have to go back and forth between social media websites (usually).  I also ADORE the AI captions.  What it puts out is so much better than what I can do.

Not only is HeyOrca highly intuitive to learn, but what I appreciate most about them are the continuous updates and online trainings. HeyOrca is essentially an extension of your team. They offer the latest updates on all the major social media platforms which save you time. With HeyOrca, the more you invest in these updates, the better your social media efforts will perform. With that said, what else can you ask for?

The platform is incredibly easy for clients to see what they need without getting caught up in all the noise of a clunky interface. We've struggled with confused clients in the past, but with Heyorca, our clients always rave about simple the tool is and how clear the review process feels.

We use ClickUp for PM and customize the steps in each process. It would be amazing to have additional status/stage options on posts in HeyOrca to add additional clarity & streamline collaboration.

HeyOrca allows us to centralize our client approvals and show our clients an accurate overview of their upcoming social media content. It reduces the number of spreadsheets & email threads, and handles the heavy lifting of getting our clients' posts from preview to published.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

HeyOrca is a platform that is easy to adopt, yet flexible to scale with social media marketers or agencies of any size.  Since it is geared toward calendars in terms of clients, all actionable items revolve around the calendar, including tasks that would otherwise go into a project plan.  Calendars are easy to see, especially more so on desktop (I dont know about mobile).  I specifically sought it out for the approvals process built into the workflow.  Features are constantly being added, which is important to see, given the state of how social moves so rapidly.  HeyOrca is one of the ones to watch.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I am not a fan of paying for basic reporting as an add-on, as I feel these are features that should already be built-in -- by the way, did you know Meta Business Suite already provides some?  Something to think about. Custom reports are also critical -- I would like them to be able to pull in historical data on the account(s) to be of value.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow and approvals process as well as the calendaring/scheduling is the most critical work items HeyOrca solves for our organization today for multiple clients.

Analytics for Twitter and Linkedin aren't great or always accurate. There are some annoying features I've shared with the team (e.g. boxes (like Hashtag library) not closing just by clicking outside the box -- you have to actually click the close button) in the past that still haven't been changed or fixed.

Its simplicity is one of HeyOrca's best parts. This morning I trained my colleagues on how to use it and they have also found it easy to use. The features such as copying posts and the BioLink for Instagram are also fantastic.

I honestly haven't found anything I dislike about HeyOrca so far. A couple of things I still need to fully understand but nothing I don't like. The only thing I could say could be improved is the calendar appearance feels a little dated and could be a bit more modern, but that's me being picky.

It has streamlined my process of managing our brand's social media. Previously we were using Hootsuite and were limited on how many users could gain access without spending a lot more money. Now, the whole team has access with so much more features.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

Yes, the software is great, and we are using for our agency, but more importantly, the PEOPLE at HeyOrca have been lovely to work with. We've been working with Julia Farrell who has been so helpful in troubleshooting any issues, answering questions and overall, just being an absolute delight to work with. We've tried so many other companies for scheduling and the last one we were on we decided AGAINST bc their customer service was non-existent. Julia won the business from us.

There are a few limitations on the software, such as very low character count for TikTok captions, and there are a few bugs such as creating multiple profiles every time we reconnect or reauthorize the account. So far, Julia has been able to troubleshoot or provide clarity on each issue we've brought to her.

HeyOrca is always updating itself and adapting to the newest actualizations for all social media platforms. I appreciate that the interface is easy to work with, and the team is always available to help with any questions and suggestions.

I think that the direct publishing of IG stories with the additional step of emailing the person is unnecessary and adds an extra step that can be cumbersome. Also, if the person that runs the calendar isn't around to update the publishing rights, it can be a hassle to publish.

Also! We'd love to have access to YouTube posting as well.

It's a one-stop shop for all our publishing needs. We were having to go through several different platforms to post across all our clients' social media profiles

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I would say it's simplicity. We needed a solution that could help us schedule social posts with a range of accompanying media. That's exactly what HeyOrca facilitates. The interface is simple and intuitive. There aren't many extra features, but we don't need them anyway. So I like the fact I'm paying for what I need and not a bunch of extra functionality that I wouldn't use. HeyOrca is also extremely well-priced.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Nothing especially. One issue I do run up against is that the platform always recommends that I post during a small selection of times. I'm not sure those are actually THE best times; only the times that have worked best for me in the past, based on a small sample size. So it would great if the platform encouraged me to post at other times and record the results, just so I could double check that the four and five star post times really are the best I can do.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to schedule posts at the beginning of the week and all at once, rather than peacemeal. I simply don't have time to manually create and publish all the posts I want to on social media. Doing it all at once saves time and gives me a much clearer sense of what I'm publishing over the course of a week or month.

I am an audio-visual learner, so I love that I can visualize and plan our posts with many helpful features. HeyOrca and Canva are my go-to's. HeyOrca is VERY user-friendly, and I love that they have webinars, a youtube page, and a live chat. No need to dive into google or old articles; they've got you covered! As addressed in their live webinar today, they are ALWAYS using customer feedback to enhance the product for EVERYONE! I have seen the product grow over time.  I recommend it to anyone trying to manage their social media page/s.

The approval status for posts is a great way to keep track. I love the feature of previewing desktop and mobile devices too! This feature makes it easy for the owner to see progress.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

There are some limitations with posting certain things, but as mentioned previously, they are constantly making improvements. One thing specifically is tagging users. Most of the time, I tag the manufacturer of the product. I've even had some companies respond to my posts by doing so!

I am the only person who works as a social media handler, and i work in other departments. HeyOrca makes it easy to take notes, so I don't have to remember everything.

I enjoy the ability to manage all of my clients' accounts in one place. Collaboration is simple and the platform is not overly complicated for users. There is not much of a learning curve.

I wish HeyOrca iOS app was more robust and offered the same capabilities as their web platform. HeyOrca lacks some of the insights/dashboard features of other services, such as sentiment review, notifications of mentions/comments, etc.

Some of the integrations (Google Drive, Google Photos) are nice, but it requires you login and relink every time you open HeyOrca.

I have been using HeyOrca for over three years now, and I do not see myself switching platforms soon! They have the best customer service! Whenever there is an issue with the site, they are quick to address the problem and fix it. The platform format is user-friendly, so all clients and coworkers can easily create/review posts. I also love the calendar view for planning and the grid view for Instagram.

When I started using HeyOrca, I thought they were slow to update to new features that made life as a social media manager easier. However, I would disagree with that now. Within the last year, HeyOrca has made an enormous change and are always on top of all the latest updates. They truly have made my job a breeze!

I've had so many clients compliment my systems and always say how much they love feeling involved and in control of their content. It makes me look really good and has easily taken 2-3 hours of work away by simplifying scheduling after approval and sending manual posts directly to my phone.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Everything I dislike is API issues - I'm really happy I can schedule videos now and they were amazing allowing the choice for notifications or auto-scheduling. The hashtag feature could use some work since I dont love entering my saved hashtags manually - if you use a tool like flick its barely noticeable. Overall an amazing product!

I have always had a problem with client approval. I hated the Google sheet set up I had - it was horrific! This solved that issue and the issue of trying to schedule my post. Now its all in one, sleek platform

The other problem was my clients claiming they didn't change something or didn't approve something. Having the audit trail and comments per post (internal & external) keeps everyone accountable without having to go through version histories + emails.

There's nothing I don't like about HeyOrca as a platform. The customer service is excellent! If anything, there can sometimes be bugs, but that's true for any content management platform.

As someone who works in social media management, maintaining my client's pages is challenging enough! I've saved so much time and am able to build my own business while keeping my steady job!

I find that this platform works better than 3 of the others that I have tried. Allowing you to copy posts to different platforms, and very efficient when hiring social media management as you can mark the posts with "approved, dened or review" + leave comments to let the manager know what you would like done.

It can be a bit expensive especially if you are hiring your own social media management on top of this cost. However, the functionality makes it worth the money!

Our team loves using HeyOrca - it's been a great addition to our toolbelt. The scheduling/calendar has elevated our posting consistency and ability to monitor multiple channel trends simultaneously through the reporting tab. The draft; awaiting approval; approved options on the scheduling tool are excellent, and enable our team to interact at a higher level of editorial.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

It's disappointing that we can't post directly to YouTube and instead rely on placeholders for our calendar while still publishing content through the YouTube platform. It would be valuable to post to ALL media within the same program.

It seems like our LinkedIn and Facebook channels get dropped frequently, and I often have to re-enable/approve posting connections with social media.

If I have a question, I get an answer within 2 minutes. A team follows up with any outstanding questions or inquiries so nothing goes unresolved. Truly fantastic customer support on top of a fabulous service.

The only thing I'm not head over heels about with HeyOrca is the notification system. I get duplicate notifications sometimes or I need to expand all my unread notifications to be able to see them all. A notifications filter would be excellent. I am also looking forward to a more robust mobile app.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

HeyOrca makes it very easy to create content, schedule it, and share with clients. It also allows clients to add comments to make revisions easy.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

The reporting can be very inaccurate, so you sometimes have to go into platforms' backends to pull the proper data.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeyOrca solidifies the disconnect between client and creator. It makes it so easy to send content to clients, receive feedback, and make edits all within one space.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I like the easy-to-navigate user platform and the customer service team. There have been a couple of instances when I asked a question and the team got back to me immediately. They are very helpful and are sure to follow up to make sure I don't have any additional questions.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

I don't have anything negative to say or any dislikes. I think the service is great and constantly adapting to the needs of social media managers. The ability to pre-schedule content in such an easy way is the reason I chose HeyOrca after looking into many other programs.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to plan and schedule content, the integrations with Canva, the ability for my clients to text content straight into the platforms.. all of these are extremely beneficial.

**What do you like best about HeyOrca?**

I like how simple it is to post and copy posts for all types of platforms. The previews are accurate. It allows planning ahead.

**What do you dislike about HeyOrca?**

Expensive, unable to use interactive stickers for stories, unable to direct post stories (must do in mobile), app is not user friendly. Needs more ability to respond to all comments in the interface.

**What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure they've solved the above problems yet.

Currently, Instagrams API doesn't allow us to apply stickers or post directly to stories but we are keeping a close eye on it, and when they do, we will keep you posted! Social inbox is coming soon! And you will be able to manage all your comments in one place.
