HeyOrca allows my entire team to use one platform to manage multiple social media calendars and develop, schedule and monitor social content in real time, while simultaneously providing access to managers and clients to review and edit. The ability to pull graphics and images straight from Canva, the connectivity to a plethora of social platforms and its reliability have saved our team hours upon hours. It is by far the easiest and most seamless social management platform we've used because the interface is an absolute no-brainer. Whether for a single calendar or for agencies with many clients, the cost is unmatched. I frequently tell others that I've never experienced better customer service from a vendor than I have with HeyOrca. That may sound made up, but I assure you it's not. Nothing more than what the social platforms don't allow HeyOrca access to. It can be tricky sometimes navigating a way around certain API restrictions (which are in place for all other social tools, not just HeyOrca), but I have found that HeyOrca rolls out new allowances very quickly whenever an API changes. I really appreciate how the HeyOrca team listens and cares about the features users want. They take the time to ask us what we’re looking for, what’s working, and what’s not, then use that feedback to develop integrations and improvements that help us serve our clients better and enhance our workflows for efficiency. I also like that we can add unlimited users without additional costs and share content both internally and externally for approvals and reviews. It’s great that the internal team can review posts privately before involving the client, and when it’s their turn, clients see the final product clearly without the clutter of previous revisions. Ease of use! Being able to quickly and easily navigate between workspaces for multiple clients saves me so much time. One improvement I’d like to see is better integration with Canva. Rather than having to start a new project each time, it would be great if I could link this to an existing Canva project instead. So many things. I manage multiple channels with multiple approvers and HeyOrca's system for approvals is easy and seamless. It's one of the most use friendly plaforms I've used. I also really appreciate all the contant addition of features that improve the platform and help me work more efficiently. Everything from scheduling reels and stories with direct publish, to scheduling collaborations, to AI caption options, to easy crossposting features. Also, I rarely have any problems, but when I do the HeyOrca customer support team is easy to connect with and always very quick to resolve the issue even going above and beyond to help. I also appreciate the social inbox and reporting features so that I can manage all of our social media from one place. Overall, I can't recommend HeyOrca enough to anyone working with multiple channels and needing feedback/approvals on posts particularly in an agency type setting. Prior to HeyOrca our scheduling platform was not the most user friendly and it was a little clunky switching from one calendar to the next. Also, their was minimal customer support and we had problems with posts not being published and not being notified. All of this has been eliminated by using HeyOrca. Having the ability to schedule things like Reels and Collaborations, and using AI to help with captions is definitely a time saver and I really appeciate these features. I love how clean and simple the interface is – especially the calendar view, which makes it super easy to plan and visualise content across platforms. I like the quick responses and engagement from the HeyOrca team! They seem really genuine and are always helpful I also like the simple overview for scheduling and the details in the user experience is great! I think there are minor changes that would improve the experience for me personally; I find the hierarchy roles may be somewhat restrictive, and I also have been wishing for more flexible calendar settings (specifically I would like to change the starting weekday, and display week numbers). I also think maybe moving multiple posts from one date to another could be simplified, it's a slightly confusing process for me personally. It would be cool to have a notification setting to recieve an email or notice when a post is published for a certain platform or account, so that you can easily see the upload and review the engagement live.
