There are merely four things that I personally like are Budget Friendly Plans, User friendly interface, WhatsApp Integration, and IVR & Call routing. These special attributes about Heyophone made easy for businesses to meet their targets.

I found few things disappointing about Heyophone that includes limited features in basic plan. I know we can upgrade but there are still few basic features such as IVR call that must be in the basic plan. Another thing is Heyophone is best with small teams but when it comes to scalability it disappoints.

Customer support is unhelpful. After paying, you're still treated poorly, given new excuses, and asked to send things for no reason. They won't even take calls to resolve issues.
