Very well integrated, especially with HubSpot. Both myself and our clients use this every day. They thought through every scenario and situation. The capabilities with assignments, automation, and integrated user experience make this a much better platform than almost anything else out there. Their support team is fabulous, and it's very intuitive and easy to use and setup, and their team is there if there's ever an issue you cannot solve yourself. Also the HubSpot inbox beta could use a little more work. Lastly, they need to bring in more countries and areas. The ability to reach out to customers with ease has been extremely helpful. The templates and lists really help send a message to a specific group easily. I wish there was a way to have templates based off inboxes compared to universal. The ease of usability when setting up various teams, aka departments, to respond back to client questions as well as capture leads and setup inspections easily.
