We are able to make a large portion of our sales and reschedules purely through HeyMarket. Not only does it save us a lot of time and allows our phone line to remain free for calls in, but our customers overall seem to prefer being texted as opposed to called. We also use it to send timed reminders for the customer appointments and we have found this has helped us lessen the number of daily appointment reschedules or cancellations. Their platform is clean and user friendly. We use it everyday to keep in touch with clients and it's easy to keep track of our conversations across devices. There is one service we really need that is not available on our tier and unless I upgrade all of our users, we can't access that feature. I would appreciate the opportunity to access one or two higher tier features at a reduced cost. I would prefer to have a dedicated service team or member to contact when I need help. I get helped by different peoeple every tim e and it would be nice to have an account supervisor that I can build relationship with and who knows our history and needs.
