What its purpose is. It works for what they say they offer and that is texting from Pc to cell phones. - Training was fantstic and support has always been professional, fast and solid. Not a dislike honestly - it is the tool is limited in my industry to having the contact information of those you are reaching out to. We use Seekout to get that information but if Heymarket could either intigrate or provide similiar service it would be more of a one stop shop solution for what we are using it for. It helps as more people use cell phones for all other items outside of just calling. More people use their phones for email than they do for computer, they also check it more often. What do you dislike about Heymarket? No windows app. Would like a stand-alone app and not having to use Chrome notifications. Device limits are annoying. I love how easy it is to use HeyMarket and the texts look like they are coming for legit numbers. It is something that I use every single day for my day-to-day assignments. I wish it was a little easier to find assigned texts and it would change the notification for who receives the notifications automatically instead of having to transfer the chat and then assign at the same time.
