"Effortless Password Management and Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

I love how heylogin makes it easy for people who aren't familiar with password managers. It's seamless to log in to sites and share passwords with family or team members. The simplicity with one-click logins and creating password vaults to share is fantastic. The initial setup was very easy, just a few clicks to import passwords from Apple Keychain. I like using it on my iPhone and the Chrome extension works well too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

I think they could work a little on their UI, which at times can seem a little outdated. But that's really a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy setup, quick integration and user friendly."
3.5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

Was pretty easy to setup. Easy to import login from other sources. Also very easy to integrate with browsers and phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

The setup process had more security that some password managers. Probably not a bad idea o be extra secure in this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, perfect for team onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

I find heylogin easy to use and it fulfills all the functions I need. The usability is very good and so far I have never had any outages. I particularly appreciate that the onboarding of new employees is greatly simplified. With heylogin, I can organize accesses neatly into folders and share either the entire folder or individual logins easily with new and existing employees. Additionally, I enjoy that I only have to set up accesses once and can then share them with or without password release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

It would be cool if one also had a secure storage for documents, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Password Management and Security"
4.5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

I like heylogin for its simplicity and seamless login, which makes it easy for me and my team to manage passwords. I appreciate that the data stays on-premises, making it more secure. The Single Sign-On (SSO) on device login is a great feature that simplifies access. I switched to heylogin from Sticky Password because heylogin offers a better user experience and options to segregate passwords for different teams. The initial setup was pretty easy. What do you dislike about heylogin?

An option for filtering websites where auto login is not required would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about heylogin?

I use heylogin for its cross-platform effectiveness across all my devices, which is really important as I often travel with various desktops and laptops. I like the simplicity of setup, which is very straightforward and makes it easy to get started. This simplicity, along with its security features, like asking for biometric logins, gives me a sense of security. These features stand out to me as they make accessing my online life much easier. "Efficiency and Convenience with heylogin"
4/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

Well, I actually think heylogin looks quite nice. Maybe not so important, but I personally find it important, to be honest, which makes me feel that it just works pleasantly and is nice. I appreciate the ease of the workflow, to be honest, that I can quickly find something. The fact that it can generate passwords, I also find very handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

Well, you can still see here and there that it hasn't been around for very long. The basic functionality is there, but it mainly took a bit longer for me to find some things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Security, Instant Protection"
5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

I use heylogin to make my accounts secure. It solves the problem of implementing MFA and other security challenges by making them easy and intuitive. I like the ease of use, and I just love Pwnmonitoring as it saves me the trouble of having to monitor each login individually for leaks. It's very handy to have an all-in-one tool. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive. I'd like to make my recommendation rating higher than 10, but that's all I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

Nothing really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong password manager with excellent UX, though pricing needs better clarity"
4/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

The password management is intuitive and the automatic filling across multiple devices works seamlessly. The interface is clean and doesn't feel bloated. Integration with my workflow was straightforward without requiring extensive technical setup. The sync speed is impressive, and I appreciate the focus on security without compromising usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

The pricing tier structure could be more transparent upfront. Also, the mobile app occasionally lags on older devices. Customer support response times during peak hours can be slow. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which might not justify the cost for basic users. The learning curve for advanced settings is steeper than expected. "European password manager, simple, secure, and truly passwordless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

What I like most about heylogin is the truly passwordless experience: no more master password to type, I simply confirm logins with my phone via Swipe to Login, Touch ID, or Windows Hello, which significantly speeds up daily work. The synchronization between browsers and devices is seamless, the extension automatically detects login forms, fills in credentials, and even TOTP 2FA codes, making the activation of the second factor finally simple for the whole team. The fact that the solution is developed and hosted in Germany, with a zero-knowledge approach and clear GDPR compliance, is a real plus for a European SME concerned about data protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

The only issue that bothers me is the large window/popup of the extension that sometimes completely covers the login fields. This forces you to move the window or click several times to manually access the fields, which somewhat disrupts the otherwise excellent experience. An option to reduce the size of the popup, change its default position, or switch to a more compact mode would be very appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Passwordless Login Done Right"
4.5/5
What do you like best about heylogin?

What I like most about heylogin is the passwordless login experience. Not having to remember or manage a master password is a huge plus. Logging in with biometrics feels fast, modern, and honestly much safer than traditional password managers. The setup was very straightforward, and the interface is clean and easy to understand, even for non-technical users. Auto-login works smoothly and saves a lot of time during daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about heylogin?

At the moment, heylogin feels slightly limited if you’re a power user. Some advanced features you’d expect from more established password managers are not there yet. That said, nothing is missing for standard day-to-day use, and any small issues I encountered early on were resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
