I really appreciate how easy Iris is to use, and it requires minimal training for users to become productive. The flexibility in applying their AI to respond to RFPs is a big plus. I can adjust the tone of the responses from one RFP to another, or even at a section or individual level. It's impressive that we can get a first pass of responses for all questions in just a few minutes, complete with confidence scores for each answer. The AI, by using our actual content, provides a solid starting point, allowing us to quickly tweak answers or source responses directly through Iris for those that have low confidence. The initial setup of Iris was also extremely easy. Additionally, the integration with Confluence and Highspot keeps our information up-to-date without needing to manage content separately. The main area I would like to see improvement is the ability for Contributors to answer questions directly from Slack/email. Collaborators are not core users of Iris, however they are engaged by the team when assistance is needed for questions without a strong answer. It would improve ease of use if answers could be provided directly via email or Slack and have Iris get updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
