The prices are very affordable for those who are starting out. And there are integrations with other AIs that you can choose during the creation of your material. It would be great if HeyGen could work a bit more on improving the avatar quality for the video generator, as well as the voices. They still come across as quite robotic, and when I’m building videos the AI results can sometimes feel underperforming in terms of overall quality. That said, the integrations already cover a huge range to choose from, especially for top marketing tools like HubSpot. It would also be nice if they could add more video-focused integrations for social media platforms like TikTok or YouTube. It seemed to me that there are two distinct workspaces. One is for creating avatars and the other for creating videos with those avatars. When you are new and using the tool without having seen the tutorials, this disorients you a bit and sometimes you can't differentiate between the two spaces. Somehow you think you are creating a video when you are actually modifying the look of an Avatar. I would have liked the credits from all these months that I haven't been using it to have accumulated, at least in part, because otherwise what your mind tells you is to unsubscribe when you are not using the tool.
