I use HeyGen for everything from contact creation to training, education, and social media presence. Video is very important for me, and since I'm a little bit camera shy, I appreciate having an agent create the videos for my educational courses and social media posts. The end results from using HeyGen are amazing. I create a couple of videos every Sunday for my business, and they significantly attract more attention compared to just text. Setting up HeyGen was a breeze; it was just one click. I used it for free for a while and found it very useful, which led me to start paying for it. The ease of creating an Avatar. It is possible to use AI to create a voice and video clone to produce content very easily. It is quick to create videos. The prices are very affordable for those who are starting out. And there are integrations with other AIs that you can choose during the creation of your material. The limit of the free plan could be more generous to allow for more testing. And when you need to create a clone of another person (a client of yours, for example), it is necessary for that person to have access to authorize the use of the image. The best part of HeyGen, in my view, is the Avatars. This automation feature can help businesses deliver conversation-based solutions that support leads or customers in finding what they’re looking for. I presented this idea to Samsung B2B during an interview, using one of their avatars, Wayne, as an example. The system offers a lot of flexibility for training your models, including tone of voice, behaviour, and the types of solutions provided. It can also improve the UX by responding to enquiries with relevant answers and guidance. The platform also seems easy to integrate with many existing CMSs or other platforms, helping ensure performance isn’t compromised (for example, website speed). Pricing will depend on the client’s needs. In Samsung’s case, I estimated an initial cost of £20,000, including implementation, training, automation criteria, and general AI setup within their existing digital ecosystem. Overall, I see broader usability and strong proposition value in HeyGen as a way to provide real solutions to clients. They still come across as quite robotic, and when I’m building videos the AI results can sometimes feel underperforming in terms of overall quality. That said, the integrations already cover a huge range to choose from, especially for top marketing tools like HubSpot. It would also be nice if they could add more video-focused integrations for social media platforms like TikTok or YouTube. Regarding onboarding, support and training It will be great if this option is always showcasing at the top header for easy finding, at least for the onboarding and training.
