HeyGen has been central to a fully automated AI avatar content channels. The channel is @faustina.speaks on Youtube shorts, Instagram & Facebook reels. All the AI avatar videos were programmatically created using HeyGen API which was called from n8n automation platform. The API service has been very reliable so far. I like the ease of use. Then the support team has been awesome. The are very very responsive and quick to answer. The the API documentation is fine. A major turning point for my workflow has been HeyGen's updated drafting system. When I first joined, you had to spend credits blindly. Now, the platform allows you to review and edit drafts before committing credits to final generation—a massive time- and cost-saver. While premium tiers promise more dedicated support, the platform is so intuitive and consistently over-delivers that I haven't even needed to utilize it. If there is a strict lifetime limit on free downloads (for example, "5 free downloads for the lifetime of the account"), that isn't entirely clear on the interface. If that's the policy, no worries at all—but making that limit explicitly clear in the UI text would prevent a lot of confusion and save users from hitting an unexpected wall.
