Best-in-Class Visual Form Builder for Modern, Interactive Flows **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026 **What do you like best about Heyflow?** Heyflow has the best visual interactive form builder in the market. We use ~30 forms across 20 clients and the quality of the product is exceptional. We can build easy to use, modern flows for customers at ease. **What do you dislike about Heyflow?** Although it's improving, Heyflow support is typically slower and less helpful than other SaaS products we use. It's expensive, and the plans are rigid. Even on the agency plan, we don't have multiple users, which is frustrating given the use case of the system. **What problems is Heyflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It massively improves our landing page conversion rates by creating compelling forms for users to seamlessly engage with. There is no better product than Heyflow for this purpose. ### 2. I particularly appreciate the ability to quickly duplicate and adapt the corporate design. The handling of the functions is simple and fast. I find the A/B testing very helpful, and the clear presentation of the insights is also an advantage. **What do you dislike about Heyflow?** As soon as you use a list twice in a flow, the icons must have the same color, which I find very impractical. I sometimes find it a bit cumbersome to have to adjust the headings first and not be able to change fonts individually. **What problems is Heyflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can quickly and easily create custom pages with Heyflow, use interfaces to other tools, and I don't need any programming skills. I appreciate the quick adaptation of the corporate design and the efficient handling. The A/B testing and the clear insights are very helpful. ### 3. The A/B testing is very helpful for optimizing the flow. I appreciate the many integration options, such as with providers like Google Sheets, and the ability to incorporate custom logic through code. Creating a simple flow is very straightforward, and setting up the actual flow is very easy. **What do you dislike about Heyflow?** From time to time, functions are too confusing. And maintaining the A/B test versions is somewhat cumbersome. **What problems is Heyflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find it straightforward to build new lead funnels and quickly conduct A/B tests. Heyflow offers many integration options, such as Google Sheets, and allows me to incorporate custom logic through code. ### 4. I got familiar with it within a few minutes and was able to handle it very well. **What do you dislike about Heyflow?** Creating the sequential logic is somewhat tedious. A simpler flow would be good here. **What problems is Heyflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Heyflow for lead generation because it is simple and fast. It is easy to integrate, design, and the automatic email responses are excellent. One problem is that creating the sequential logic is somewhat tedious. ### 5.
