HeyData has enabled us to get a hold of GDPR and compliance with their platform, training videos and documents. The process has been really clear from the beginning: after completing the first audit on their platform, we received documents on what needs to be taken care of, received our website's privacy policy and could manage the different roles in our team, have our team members fill out documents and do trainings. Everything is pretty self-explanatory, designed to be understandable even for beginners and surprisinly engaging. Also, the HeyData team was available for questions when we had them, always being super professional and friendly, which we really appreciated. So for people being new to GDPR and compliance or for those for whom these topics seem daunting, HeyData is a solution that will make these topics turn much more approachable.
