HeyConcierge is an AI concierge for independent hotels, resorts and villas. It answers guests on WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram instantly, in whatever language they write in, day or night. It answers only from the hotel's own knowledge base (no invented prices or bookings), books services directly, and hands off to staff the moment a case stops being routine, with full conversation history attached. Proven on a real resort hotel: the bot handles 64.8% of guest dialogues without a human, across 4,723 conversations, freeing front-desk staff for the 35% that actually needs a person. Plans: Starter $99/mo, Growth $199/mo, Pro $399/mo.
