It has an easy interface so working with it is not hard at all. The graphics are simply beautiful its a time saver and you don't need to look for new campaign because it will inform you. The best I like about Hey Oliver is it is used for the sales process like creating a lead and converting the lead to an opportunity, this entire sales process can be customizable.
