HeyKoala.ai is an advanced agentic AI platform that transforms guest interactions for hospitality, resort, and food & beverage businesses by automating voice and chat-based service workflows. Unlike traditional chatbots or IVRs, HeyKoala AI agents understand context, hold natural conversations, and act autonomously across multi-channel touchpoints—including phone, WhatsApp, and multilingual interfaces—reducing manual workload while enhancing guest satisfaction. The platform seamlessly integrates with existing property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS), and other core hospitality infrastructure to handle complex tasks such as reservations, room service orders, table bookings, feedback collection, and customer follow-ups. HeyKoala.ai also delivers real-time analytics to monitor engagement outcomes and provide actionable insights for operational improvement. Designed for scalability and reliability, HeyKoala.ai helps hospitality teams deliver 24/7 service, reduce staffing costs, eliminate system fragmentation, and improve revenue intelligence. Its deep language capabilities support authentic guest interactions in over 26 languages, making it suitable for global and multi-property deployments.
