You don't need to jump into various tools to get your site information. SMS critical alerts when the website goes down is an important feature i like. **What do you dislike about Hexometer?** I had some issues initially when i bought it, but there team is fantastic and fixed it. Some website might block hexometer robots thus making it unable to collect data. **Recommendations to others considering Hexometer:** Hexometer is definitely a must-have tool, although there are myriad other tools that do a similar thing. But what I really love abt the team behind this is that they are passionate about their products, and the updates are very frequent. **What problems is Hexometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have an exciting feature that if there is a change in performance of the site by any percentage you set. It alerts you, this is very important when you install a plugin or do some significant change, and your website slows down. You get a notification and can immediately solve it. ### 3. During the monitoring creates performance, UX, SEO, Health and Security reports and if the system detects something that could have a negative effect on your business, you can get real time notifications directly on your phone via SMS and on other channels as well. For me it's especially helpful for website auditing. **What do you dislike about Hexometer?** There is nothing to dislike per se. I'd like if the dashboard would be a bit more compact, especially the property scan results. You need some scrolling and clicking / expanding to see the details. On the detected issues they provide extensive information about the nature of those problem, but I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve them too. **What problems is Hexometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use multiple products for website auditing and Hexometer is my newest tool on my belt. I use it for website performance and overall health auditing. It does even more than I expected. I tested it on a few "already-optimized" sites too, and caught some issues that others did not. I installed Hexometer on an older site that I've been publishing content at for 12 years now... had no idea how many things were broken! Hexometer identified them and made suggestions for fixes. **What do you dislike about Hexometer?** It is a very comprehensive tool, and some of the information reported, goes beyond my level of understanding. They could do a better job of educating me about what I don't know, specifically in regards to the errors that have been identified. **Recommendations to others considering Hexometer:** The company is run by a team that is passionate about their product and listens to its users when implementing new features. **What problems is Hexometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool looks for errors and fixes that I would never think to look for, nor have the expertise to do so. The ultimate benefit is faster site speeds and better rankings because the the site passes more of the checks to get as good of a overall "health" grade as possible. ### 5. But Hexometer is probably the most complete suite so far. It really keeps track of so many cruical things. And compared to other tools that can monitor lot's of stuff, it's so easy to use. **What do you dislike about Hexometer?** The only thing I can think of is that the UI/UX could be a bit nicer. But that's really not a big thing. The UI is simplistic and do what it's supposed to do. When it comes to features I reallt can't think of anything in particular. **Recommendations to others considering Hexometer:** Jus give it a try, you won't regret it. Affordable prices, quick support, excellent results. It helps me to see whether my website is up, provide information about PageSpeed. And whenever something goes wrong it alerts about problems currently happening. Moreover, the freedom to add multiple websites under separate packages is the icing on the cake. **What do you dislike about Hexometer?** There aren’t many cons to be discussed. However, it would be great to have a backlink checker that would alert the number of new backlinks gained and old ones lost over the specified period of time. **What problems is Hexometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** In March, we were going through multiple security and server upgrades and experiments on our website. And during that time, we faced multiple downtimes. However, this downtime was timely alerted by Hexometer's real-time monitoring, and we acted upon it right away. While this is not a dealbreaker, it is a little annoying.
