Hexometer monitors a website from lots of different perspectives. During the monitoring creates performance, UX, SEO, Health and Security reports and if the system detects something that could have a negative effect on your business, you can get real time notifications directly on your phone via SMS and on other channels as well. I'd like if the dashboard would be a bit more compact, especially the property scan results. You need some scrolling and clicking / expanding to see the details. On the detected issues they provide extensive information about the nature of those problem, but I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve them too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I use it for website performance and overall health auditing. It does even more than I expected. I tested it on a few "already-optimized" sites too, and caught some issues that others did not. I like how much stuff this tool tracks and monitors. I installed Hexometer on an older site that I've been publishing content at for 12 years now... had no idea how many things were broken! It is a very comprehensive tool, and some of the information reported, goes beyond my level of understanding. This tool looks for errors and fixes that I would never think to look for, nor have the expertise to do so. The ultimate benefit is faster site speeds and better rankings because the the site passes more of the checks to get as good of a overall "health" grade as possible. I've used a lot of tools to monitor web sites. But Hexometer is probably the most complete suite so far. It really keeps track of so many cruical things. The only thing I can think of is that the UI/UX could be a bit nicer. But that's really not a big thing. The UI is simplistic and do what it's supposed to do. I love their broken link, page speed & task list features. With the help of task list, it's very easy to fix issues with our websites and stay alert when any pages go down. We basically use it for monitoring as well as website optimisation. It is straight forward and very applicable, I had no problem using it, and it was the best part. They combined all the necessary monitoring tools in one package. I like that it can export the scan results to Google Sheets, it makes the job so much easy. It makes internal communication easier, by providing accessible reports and also offers a great other feature to share the property with other users.
