It look a while to figure out how to link Apple products but with the support I managed to get it done. Android is really really simple. I use this quite often, makes tracking lost devices really easy, we have found stolen devices due to this software and having the ability to lock or wipe sensitive information is great. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** I don't think there is a downside from what I have found. The platform is pretty intuitive, making implementation a breeze, but if you get stuck support is always right there to help. In most cases support is immediately available over chat, and knowledgable staff are there to guide you to a solution swiftly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hexnode. I wish all the platforms we work with were as useful and offered such outstanding support. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** This is no slight against Hexnode whatsoever, as it's really not their fault, but iOS is so much more difficult to use with MDM. We strongly encourage customers to use Android devices, but sometimes they can't be swayed. iOS works. It's just so much more cumbersome than Android. Ironic, considering Apple devices supposedly "just work". **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We require a high level of security and control on our enrolled devices, and Hexnode meets all of our needs. We are also able to perform over the air password resets when users inevitably forget their passwords. We also sometimes use the remote capability to remote in and assist a user with their device, although we don't do that frequently. ### 5. I dont have to send emails and wait for hours. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** The only thing that i initially disliked was that the minimum amount of users that i had to purchase was 15. I needed about 7 clients at the time but i was paying for 15, although that only lasted for two months as of right now i have way over 15 clients. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to manage over 20 devices and a single time with specific restrictions. I simply cannot trust my staff to follow specific guidelines & restrictions. So using a mdm solution it just eases my mind that everything will work as intended. ### 6. Our company incorporated geofencing to help with theft so it locks up and locates anything that leaves our building. It does everything we need it to do. We have around 30 tablets in our warehouse locked into kiosk mode which is great. Setting up new devices in hexnode is easy as well. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** We're unable to use the app switcher in Kiosk mode. We'd like the users to be able to switch between apps instead of pressing the home button and then choosing a different app. When they do this the web apps pages have to reload when they open it up again. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Hexnode to restrict our company mobile phones and tablets in our warehouse. It ensures our employees use these devices appropriately and locks them down when we need to prevent them from accessing unnecessary apps when in kiosk mode. ### 35. There is also no way to see if you have reached your license limit without going to the reports page to view the number of devices you have and then going back to your license page and comparing the number. The license page should just say how many spots you have left. The sync function on gsuite also doesn't work very well. I have to resync it every time I want to send a new user an email invite. The application installation isn't always successful either when new laptops are registered. For example, LastPass won't always install, and I have to ask the user to do it manually. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We acquired Hexnode because we were required to have some kind of MDM management software for SOC2. So it's fulfilling that requirement for us. It also gives us a way to inventory laptops and push some policies to them. ### 41. I felt the interface is just at the right balance from an IT standpoint.
