Like any other Apple admin, one of my biggest headaches is activation locked iPads and iPhones. However, it works best with mac devices. It has an easy and intuitive interface which is quite beneficial. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** Hexnode for Windows is mediocre. If there are contradicting features while pushing policies, there is a high chance that the device may get locked. **Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:** I will recommend Hexnode UEM to companies that mainly use mac devices. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were facing difficulty in managing our devices after we unsubscribed our previous UEM. We were looking for a cheaper solution that works on both macOS and Windows. Hexnode was one of the best solutions available that could meet our requirements. ### 49. Navigating through the portal has been a piece of cake and their help docs kind of solves all most all concerns. They also take up suggestions from the users. I had reported a feature update and they made sure it was updated as soon as possible. **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** They do not yet have chrome and Linux supporting platforms. Also, the windows platform does not have many features other than the basic ones. Other than that, I feel everything else is perfect. Android and iOs platforms are feature-rich and amazing. **What problems is Hexnode UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hexnode helps to manage the entire fleet of devices in my organization from a single portal. Tracking and restricting the devices has been easier and effective with hexnode. ### 50. The tech support offered by Hexnode is top-notch and timely. Kudos to the team! **What do you dislike about Hexnode UEM?** Zero day support is a PR stunt. Updates are slow. Hexnode is suitable for small to medium sized companies. **Recommendations to others considering Hexnode UEM:** Hexnode is a good solution for any problems regarding end-point management. If your’s is a medium sized company, then Hexnode is the perfect UEM system you require.
