The only downside is the lack of cardio options such as circuits, EMOMs etc but the app is tailored more towards strength so this isn’t a real downside. I used several apps prior switching to Hevy and I can say that my main choice was because of the user friendly interface and very clear design. Nothing which is not necessary, only essential things. I love that you can download your own videos, also it’s easy to build a workout and assign to a client, no overcomplicated layouts. Compared to other apps. For my current business goals it’s completely straightforward and easy to use. Clients also shared good feedback that it’s helping them to navigate and input weights more efficiently. Hevy Coach is really easy to use for both myself and my clients. I love that I'm able to log my clients workouts for in-person sessions, but clients can also log workouts on their own. It's easy to track reps and weight, and the app allows you to change out exercises or swap the order if you need to do so during a workout. You can set and adjust rest times. There are just few things that I wish that was in there. But the app is young, so there are more rooms for improvement.
