When there are new accounts created in Twilio, even though these accounts appear in the account table structure, the pipeline for each account needs to be added manually. There's a wide variety of supported data sources and destinations like RDS and Snowflake which is what we use in our tech stack. Setup is really simple and live chat support is very responsive in the rare instances where further assistance is needed. We have all kinds of different use cases that are surprisingly supported, such as even a Google drive spreadsheet which enables data needs from even non-technical teammates. I think the simplicity comes at a cost of flexibility in terms of certain options that leave a bit to be desired. For example, API-based polling options are quite rigid when one expects that to be a little more free-form given the open-endedness of supporting a vague set of requirements there.

Hevo has tons of available integrations and connectors out of the box and does a pretty good job with REST API connectors. It is also by far the cheapest on the market, especially for small and medium businesses. It's generally easy to use and navigate, although a recent change did degrade this experience, the destination no longer has our custom names, it is just the name of the connector. I'm sure this is something that will change as feedback comes through. Support is a bit lacking, especially now that there is an AI layer. Internally we kind of use their support as a rubber duck to talk through the problem but usually have to solve problems ourselves. They have decent docs so this is not a big problem. The other thing that could use improvement is the python-based transformation layer, they've told us the way they execute doesn't allow us to get good error messages. I really appreciate the customer service from Hevo Data. Setting up the pipeline is really easy, which makes the process straightforward. Whenever there's trouble, the customer service is there to help. Hevo Data is also smart enough to replicate complex nested data structures from MongoDB in a good way to BigQuery.
