UI Is straightforward to use 2. Easy To manage connections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Hevo Data? 1. The concept and promise to give a data pipeline were unmet, which is the core principle of this SaaS application 2. Data pipelines repeatedly fail with a slight change in the database model. 3. Too much uncertainty when we try to analyze the data we get from HEVO to our database. Missing customer information, missing payments, you name it. 4. We investigate further into the pipelines and the destination database, and we found over 100GB of rubbish data they put on the database full of rubbish. So they charge us more while our database is roughly 300 MB. When compressed, it is 100 or so. 5. The live chat solved nothing. We wasted a week's worth of effort investigating the issue until we figured out it was a HEVO problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Easy to get started and onboarded. Wide support for data sources and integrations with other services. Hevo pricing is pretty comparable to other services giving it a low barrier to entry from a budget perspective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Hevo Data? Breaking Software updates are frequent with no communication or forwarning often breaking or requiring pipelines to be reconfigured. Alert support is terrible and only a firehose with no filtering options to manage priority and routing. UI is kind of convoluted. Support is slow and pretty much nonexistent during business hours.
