**What do you like best about Heropa?**

It's a powerful tool that provides great flexibility to our training sessions. It's so easy to customize our environment to the different training activities.

When we have a problem they provide fast and reliable to support.

**What do you dislike about Heropa?**

While you are teaching, if you are going back and forward to live demo concepts in an environment, sometime is annoying to click the Retry to connect button so many times.

**What problems is Heropa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Heropa allows us to provide our customers and employees with a real environment for our training activities. It helps to increase our training effectiveness as we can live-demo complex concepts and tools.

**What do you like best about Heropa?**

It's easy to set-up Events. The ability to see participant's vms concurrently is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Heropa?**

More flexibility in their Tier pricing.  More testing required before releasing features.

**What problems is Heropa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to offer our program digitally and provide a global reach.  We also reduce our program costs by going digital.
