Kairo is a salon management platform with an AI business advisor built in, made for hair and beauty salons. It is designed for owners who spend the day on their feet, behind the chair. Kairo does what salon software does (bookings, client records, a fiscal-compliant till) and then reads that data every day, the way a business advisor would. Every morning it tells you what matters: clients who are overdue for a visit, empty slots this week, how much discount left the till, which services earn the most per hour of work. Every insight comes with the action ready to go: a win-back message written around that client's history, a promotion for the empty slot, an appointment to move. You approve, Kairo does it. You can also ask it anything about your numbers, the way you would ask a person: "Who should I call back today?", "How much are discounts costing my margin?", "Do I need to hire someone?". On the salon's WhatsApp, on the number clients already know, Kairo answers messages, offers free slots and books the appointment, even after closing. It sends a reminder the day before and asks for a review the day after the visit. The client record keeps the colour formula, processing times, allergies and the full visit history. The till issues fiscal e-receipts and tracks every discount. The Free plan is free forever, with no credit card, and has the same features as the paid plans (Base €59, Pro €99, Business €199 per month), which include more AI tokens each month. Setup takes about two minutes, importing clients, price list and upcoming appointments from your current software.
