HeriBMS is point of sale and stock management software for Kenyan businesses that sell products: retail shops, supermarkets, hardware stores, cosmetics shops, agrovets, wholesalers, distributors and importers. Sell on any phone, tablet or computer. Take cash, M-Pesa or card, or let trusted customers pay later; M-Pesa codes are saved and a used code is refused. Every sale updates stock, the invoice and the customer's balance. See your whole range on one Products page, sorted into your own groups, with stock and price for every branch. Track expiry dates where goods have them and sell the oldest first. Get low-stock warnings before you run out. Send quotations customers accept from a link, record full or part payments, follow up debts with a WhatsApp reminder, record expenses and see your profit. Give each staff member their own login and role. Order stock from approved suppliers on the HeriBMS marketplace. 7-day free trial, no card needed.
