**What do you like best about Herfert Software?**

It’s easy to use. I started working with it less than a month ago and already feel confident in the things it can do. I like all the features and how everything is fairly accessible without much knowledge of the software. 

**What do you dislike about Herfert Software?**

It takes a lot of clicks to get one simple thing done occasionally.

**What problems is Herfert Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the billing and EHR process for our patients. It is easy to use the patient correspondence which I find imperative in my role.
