Heresafe is a UK-based contractor management and compliance platform designed to help organisations manage the full contractor lifecycle, from prequalification and onboarding through to on-site activity, permits and ongoing compliance. Heresafe brings contractor records, HSEQ information, RAMS, certifications, insurance documents, inductions, permits and compliance evidence into one central system. Automated alerts and renewal reminders help teams identify missing or expiring information, while configurable workflows and approval processes support consistent contractor management across multiple workplaces. Customisable HSEQ and governance questionnaires help organisations prequalify suppliers and contractors against their own requirements. Through the self-service Supplier Portal, contractors can upload documents, complete questionnaires and provide required information remotely, reducing manual chasing and administration for internal teams. Heresafe also supports project and Authorisation to Work processes, contractor inductions and assessments, geo-tagged mobile check-in, live “On-Site Now” and “Expected On-Site” reporting, digital permits to work, permit and pass tracking, project calendars and contractor performance management. Full audit trails help teams see who completed, reviewed or approved activity and when. Multiple workspaces and location views support organisations managing contractors across different sites and operational areas, with tools for standardising processes while maintaining site-level visibility. Heresafe also supports Azure AD Single Sign-on on relevant packages. Heresafe is used across complex and safety-critical environments including manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, rail and transport, aerospace and defence, oil and gas, and events and venues.
