**What do you like best about Hercules?**

Secure sharing and ease of delegation (only after you have understood how it works) I recommend it for SME's and not large organizations as it fails to fulfill the ask

**What do you dislike about Hercules?**

Too confusing to learn and somewhat high on pricing. Larger organizations would not benefit from this tool at all as its functions are mostly confided to help SME's

**Recommendations to others considering Hercules:**

Understand your primary use case and look out for competitors, only if its feasible and viable opt for a tool

**What problems is Hercules solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow Delegation, File Management, Integrating makes it quicker to fetch information but again its not easy to integrate with too many apps. You might require high on tech resources for the same.
