**What do you like best about Herald?**

Easy to access via teams, don't need to go directly to internal ticketing systems to submit a ticket, use this almost every week

**What do you dislike about Herald?**

Sometimes the AI doesn't understand my request and I need to clarify before being able to submit the ticket

Submitting tickets and suggesting feedback to my questions

**What do you like best about Herald?**

It's very easy to submit insights usign the browser extension, and categorize it at the same time. 
Every team member can now deep dive into user feedback: we also forward the insights to Slack.

**What do you dislike about Herald?**

It's pricing is on the high end of the spectrum

**What problems is Herald solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Collecting user feedback from emails, user support chats, news boards, social media...
- We're now able to put numbers of users requesting each feature
- When we're designing it and need user interviews, we need exactly who to talk to. Also to promote it after it's released
