What do you dislike about Hemlane?

What do you like best about Hemlane?

The financial portion of Hemlane is amazing. Implementing the Stripe payment system gives great flexibility in accepting rent payments and security deposits. It is so easy to set up recurring payments and also to request money from owners and residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hemlane?

I would love to see the ability to turn on and off features in Hemalne. For example, if not using the maintenance portion of Hemlane, it would be helpful to disable the aspect so that residents can not access it to make maintenance requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hemlane?

Hemlane is incredibly user friendly. Hemlane allows me to screen potential clients, manage Tenant requested repairs and track all income/expenses for investment properties. Property owners can have as little or as much insight into day to day activities. Hemlane truly allows me to put property management on auto pilot - all at an incredibly affordable monthly fee! When I do have questions, my contact at Hemlane has been Mitchell Norrie. MItchell is incredibly responsive and always has answers to my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hemlane?

Its all software base and and seemless. Tenant reported for service via portable that alerted me via my email where I approved it. The rest is all done. I am impressed ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
