**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

The fact that I can easily segregate my clients and have a full history of my connection to them is amazing. I like the fact that I can send a link to them and then talk them through what to do when they receive it (many are elderly and techo-illiterate). The emails and link are professional and give them reassurance. I like unattended access for those clients that need that extra layer of help. Love this app.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

I really can't complain. I like that there is a free tier that really, truly lets me try it out with nagging me to upgrade. Ironically, this may well lead me to a paid tier - precisely because they don't nag and let me really test the product. Occasionally there are days when the screen drops, but it reconnects with a click.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many elderly clients cannot understand how to open a webpage, navigate to the correct platform download and then install, open and navigate a complex app. Helpwire sends a single link that immediately downloads the app. As long as they can then click the download, we are good to go. Killer feature for the non-technoliterate!

**What do you like best about HelpWire?**

As a long-time TeamViewer user for personal projects and helping family, I grew increasingly frustrated with its frequent disconnections and persistent "commercial use" warnings, despite my usage being entirely non-commercial. The sessions would time out constantly, making it almost unusable. I decided to search for an alternative and found Helpwire. I am incredibly impressed. Helpwire provides a stable, reliable connection without any of the interruptions I faced before. The setup is simple, and it just works.

**What do you dislike about HelpWire?**

File transfer doesn't work sometimes. I have to try multiple times to make it work.

**What problems is HelpWire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a PhD student working in computational drug discovery. I frequently need to access workstation computers in my lab and HelpWire is a near perfect solution for me.

I got gatvol of teamviewer and its issues and moved over to HelpWire and i'm blown away.

Fast effective and doesn't drain my computers resources.
It works really well props to the devs.

The client to connect to your computers is a bit difficult, Possibly a UI for the person maintaining the connections.

Working for myself means I need the best tools to help me provide my clients with the best services. Today, HelpWire is my number-one source for remote assistance. Being in HR, I am regularly onboarding and training new joinees as we work on Remote. We always had been using a few other Remote support Apps inluding Anydesk but we did not wanted to upgrade to paid version and then my colleague referrred me Helpwire and since then we have not looked back or in any other direction. It is safe, secure and fast. THe installation and connection setup is very fast and secured and it's free for individual and cusinesses both.

I am happy with the App but I wish they had Screen recording and Mobile support too.

I found the file transfer feature quite useful for my project work. I was looking for a platform that could let me share my thesis files with my mentors or colleagues, to get instant feedbacks. HelpWire had exactly this feature, and it is so much better to work with group projects with this software. All I have to do is drop my file in the HelpWire window and it is send to the recipients system.

There is absolutely nothing I can think about that needs to change in this software.

It has been a game changing support solution for me. It has a seamless support capability for Mac and Windows user which eases it for me and helps me have a hassle free Troubleshooting without any configuration.

It is only available for desktop users hence it brings some limitations for the one who worked with their mobile phones

I've noticed HelpWire doesn't yet offer unattended remote access, which can be a limitation for after-hours support needs.

The lack of features like unattended remote access and mobile support access sometimes restricts how I can use it in certain situations making it a bit challenging to offer support whenever and wherever needed.

We support my customers remotely with HelpWire. It gives the opportunity to make collective presentations. Audio and video quality is a very successful application. Cpu and memory consumption is very low.
The HelpWire product is Mac, Windows, and Android software.

HelpWire is a seamless application since it includes 24/7 live support.
