In almost 6 months of usage, I haven't encountered any problems that would prompt me to write a "CONS" for HelpWire. However, I would like to draw attention to one drawback of The Helpwire software: it does not support mobile devices, which limits accessibility for users on the go. Making you connect to remote desktop and not one but multiple workstations in real time this has to be the perfect go to solution for it issues. Supporting both windows and Mac, with straightforward remote control tools, file transfer feature, in buit support chat, zero configuration and much more without spending any amount, Remote support for your or your clients issues can't get any better. What do you like best about HelpWire?

I found the file transfer feature quite useful for my project work. I was looking for a platform that could let me share my thesis files with my mentors or colleagues, to get instant feedbacks. HelpWire had exactly this feature, and it is so much better to work with group projects with this software.
