Helptivo gives student clubs and small nonprofits one place to run members, events, attendance, volunteer hours and email, so they can stop juggling spreadsheets, forms and group chats. Create an event and share a sign-up link. Members sign up without making an account. At the event, they scan a QR code to check in and out, and Helptivo calculates their hours automatically. Every sign-up also builds your member list, so each person's history stays in one place, even after officers graduate. When an advisor, sponsor or grant asks for proof, export reports as CSV or PDF. Clubs can also email targeted groups, collect responses with custom forms, approve hours from outside events, and publish a public page. Helptivo was built by Arden Pala, a San Diego high school student who ran his youth sports nonprofit, Sports4Kids, on spreadsheets and wanted something better. The Free plan covers up to 150 members. Key features • Event sign-up sheets with no member account needed • QR code check-in and check-out • Automatic volunteer hour calculation • Hour requests for outside service, with officer approval • Member directory with tags and bulk import • Targeted email campaigns • Custom forms • Impact dashboard with CSV and PDF reports • Public organization page • Team roles: Viewer, Moderator, Admin, Owner • Enterprise dashboard for multi-chapter organizations
