**What do you like best about HelpStack?**

HelpStack integrates incredibly well with our mobile app, making customer support smoother for both our users and our team. The in-app ticketing system is amazing and the ability to attach screenshots has drastically reduced confusions related to the issue or communication gaps.  The best part is that it is customizable.

**What do you dislike about HelpStack?**

Support for newer mobile OS versions sometimes lags a little. Not a major issue.

**What problems is HelpStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpStack allows us to support users without pushing them outside the app. This reduces the issue and increases satisfaction. Our support team can address issues faster with context automatically included in each ticket. It is one of the best solution that works efficiently without interruptions in our app.

What I dislike about HelpStack is that it lacks some advanced reporting and analytics features, which would be beneficial for tracking and improving customer support performance.

**What problems is HelpStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpStack is solving the problem of managing customer support inquiries effectively, which benefits us by providing quicker response times, improved customer satisfaction, and streamlined support workflows.

Ability to quickly process support and/or member-facing requests through the website or the App.

**What do you dislike about HelpStack?**

There is no such thing, unfortunately. Everything is perfect.

**What problems is HelpStack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number one for working efficiently, Integration was pretty easy and easy to use! Solved many problems of support team and now the team can react quickly!
