Use HelpSite.io if you want a great looking helpdesk. P.s. It starts off as FREE for the first 25 articles! That means smaller starting out business' don't need to pay up front. Excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HelpSite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've really been able to succeed in creating quick knowledgebase articles on our software, and including images is really easy in comparison to some other helpdesks. We have been able to spend less time creating support articles, and more time focussing on providing actual support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
