It brings volunteer management, events, fundraising, donor CRM, finances (including 990 and Form CHAR 500), HR, policies, and payments into one login, with unlimited records and flat-rate pricing so organizations can stop juggling five to eight disconnected tools. Volunteer management includes QR check-in, hours tracking, and a self-service volunteer portal. Event management covers ticketing and multi-day events. Fundraising supports auctions, pledges, and donations. The donor CRM keeps constituent history in one place, while the finance module is GAAP-aligned with automated 990 and CHAR 500 preparation and restricted fund tracking. HelpOne also handles HR and onboarding, policies and procedures, training tracking, unlimited SMS, and e-signatures. Flat-rate payments are available with or without a HelpOne subscription. HelpOne was founded by Edward Zaremba, Founder & CEO, and the team brings a combined 30+ years of nonprofit workflow expertise. The company is headquartered in New York / Westchester, New York. Pricing: the Founders Program is $499/month, locked for the first 12 months, with a permanent 20% lifetime discount for organizations that join now.
