Helpdog is an AI customer support system that brings form builder, FAQ site, AI chatbot, email inquiry management and live chat together in one platform. Before an inquiry arises, the FAQ site, AI search and AI chatbot help customers solve issues on their own. The AI search predicts intent from what users type and handles synonyms and spelling variations. The AI chatbot needs no scenario design; it answers from your FAQ articles alone. Only questions that still need a human reach your team via form, email or chat. These are managed as tickets in one place, with assignment, status tracking and team collaboration so nothing is delayed or missed. After each interaction, analytics reports and AI site diagnosis show what to improve, and AI writing drafts new FAQ articles for you. Helpdog works for customer support, member support, internal help desks and multi-location support. Every plan includes unlimited users, and the free plan costs nothing forever, with no credit card required.
