HelpDesk by Portali.Space is a multi-tenant SaaS ticketing system built for customer support teams in Europe. It ships with five languages out of the box — Slovak, Czech, English, German and Spanish — and is fully GDPR-compliant with EU data residency. Inbound email becomes a ticket automatically, and replies thread correctly thanks to RFC-compliant email threading with sender anti-spam policies. SLA policies respect business hours, pause automatically while you wait for the customer, and escalate in three levels before a breach becomes a problem. An AI assistant (built on Anthropic Claude) answers from your knowledge base, creates and updates tickets, and runs macros — included in plans, not sold as an add-on. Support teams get automation rules, macros, tags, saved filters, CSAT surveys, watchers and bulk operations. Administrators get SLA compliance reporting with drill-down to individual tickets, webhooks, a REST API and SSO (Azure AD, Google, Okta) on the Enterprise plan.
