"We save a lot of time by using this tool during our IT support interventions."

What do you like best about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

This is the time saved by using an instant messenger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

The ticket creator is not automatically invited into the Slack channel when creating the ticket. This can be done in a few clicks, so it doesn't matter. But adding the user automatically would be an extra time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"General Overview of Jira Integration+"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

Jira Integration+ is an excellent addition to any Jira-heavy companies that live in Slack. All actions that you can do through a typical Jira web interface can be done through Slack modals and messages. This saves a ton of time for teams and prevents users from missing notifications when clicking away from Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

Once downside to Jira Integration+ would be the steep learning curve for more advanced features. Notifications are simple and intuitive to set up, but creating in-channel reports, configuring bots, and creating user restrictions require some time with the documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use integration with a highly responsive support and development team"
5/5
What do you like best about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

Simple set up and use, consistently rolled out new features, responsive support & dev team, and the productivity enhancements that come from Slack-Jira integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HelpDesk+ AI-Powered Slack Support?

A few features from full Service Desk/Online Portal are missing in the Slack integration, such as field default values not appearing in a ticket submitted through HelpDesk+. Limitations such as Agent responses coming through as a project admin rather than the Agent themselves, or the HelpDesk+ installer needing to be in the Slack channel in order for the integration to work. But overall the integration gets very close to what is possible using just Jira, while making it all possible to do via Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
