HelpBird is live chat and shared inbox software for small customer support teams. Add one script tag to any website, including Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Webflow and Squarespace, and visitors can start a real-time support conversation that your team answers from a shared agent inbox on desktop or phone. New chats are routed automatically to agents who are online or assigned in one click, and the queue is organized with tags, priority and snooze, internal notes and @mentions, saved replies and macros, file attachments, and contact profiles that keep each customer's full conversation history. Reply-time targets flag conversations that have waited too long and send email and Slack alerts when a target is breached, and business hours switch the widget to an away mode outside them. A built-in help center surfaces knowledge-base articles inside the widget so customers can find answers themselves, CSAT ratings score each conversation, and outbound campaigns let you message segments of contacts proactively. On the Pro plan, AI auto-reply answers common first-touch questions and hands off to an agent when a human is needed, alongside support analytics, webhooks for Slack or Zapier and verified identity. Pricing is flat per site rather than per seat: Starter at $3/month (1 agent), Basic at $9/month (up to 3 agents), Pro at $29/month (up to 11 agents) and Enterprise at $99/month (unlimited agents), all with unlimited conversations and a 15-day free trial with no credit card.
