Helm is an AI phone receptionist built for home service companies. When a customer calls, Helm answers in the shop's name, finds out what the caller needs, and takes the next step, such as booking the job or passing an urgent call to the team. If a call is missed, Helm texts the caller back. Helm also builds the Lintel, a record of the home's systems. It starts from every call Helm takes and every booking it makes, so the details a caller mentions, such as the age of the furnace or the type of water heater, are written down instead of lost. The Lintel belongs to the home, not to the shop, and stays with the house. Every call and booking appears in a console where office staff can review what was said and what was scheduled. Helm is built for small and mid-size trade businesses (roughly 5 to 49 employees) that lose work when the phone goes unanswered.
