The support team is by far the best. Kendra has been an excellent resource and is one of the most responsive consultants I've ever worked with. She always checks in just to see how the platform is working for us and offering help wherever she can. Any request given to the team is always handled or looked into in a time-sensitive manner. The platform is also very easy to use and our staff have really enjoyed some key features on the profile page. It's been a great way for everyone to interact with one another. I also enjoy how easy it is to create and customize our 360 surveys and Engagement surveys. There are many filters that make responses easy to sort which has been really helpful to our organization. Changes to surveys can also be made while they are open which is extremely helpful. Surveys can also be created ahead of time which takes away the hassel of setting reminders. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** At this time, there isn't anything I dislike. Any feedback I've had has been addressed with the team and they are very open to hearing what can be improved. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had issues in the past with creating a cohesive report for our surveys. The HelloTeams platform allows us to sort our responses to fit our organization's needs, which we have not had in the past. Prior platforms we've used were not always easy to use, so it is a great benefit that HelloTeams is so user-friendly. Our last platform involved more manual editing of our surveys, and having a report created upon survey completion has saved me many days of manual work. ### 5. Several other larger PM systems don't give you all the options to customize your reviews and fields. Also, customer service and response is good. When I've had questions or issues I'm able to quickly get a hold of someone and they get back to me. Reps go above and beyond to help you and ensure you understand the platform and it's features. Will help with the data entry process and setting up your templates. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** Not really related to the platform but the Slack integration is a bit clunky. Also that when you add a new hire you have to go back in and edit their profile to add salary information. The virtual high fives are quickly becoming a staff favorite. Our executive team loves the goal tracking functionality and the weekly reminder emails. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** Since this is a recent adoption for us we have not found anything we have disliked. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** We primarily bought Hello Team for easier goal tracking and the one on one capabilities. Prior to our purchase, goals were either tracked by department on spreadsheet or not at all. This platforms has changed that for us. There were many features I loved about this tool. One was the 'Highfives'. Such a great way to give recognition to fellow teammates. I also have to say the Client Services team is amazing! Anytime I had a question I received a very timely and helpful response. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** There is nothing I can think of! Unfortunately, we were not utilizing all of the functionalities offered through Helloteam, (ex: talent management) but the ones we were, we were very happy with. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee engagement! ### 41. Their team is incredibly attentive and always able to hop on a call if needed. We have provided them with requests, and they have been able to help us really build a cohesive culture within our company. The product itself is robust and user friendly. I really like the interface and how easy it is to look at an employee 360* . I have used competitors of HelloTeam such as 15Five, and for the price and the interface, HelloTeam is 1000% a better product and you will get real ROI from HelloTeam. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** There isn't anything that I can immediately pinpoint. The product is great. **Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:** Honestly, do your research. Look at the products that are top rated, and then give this a trial. It is an amazing product. You can talk to your account manager and they will help you build out the experience YOU want and NEED. Not what the product dictates you want/need. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user/employee experience. We are able to see how much engagement an employee has with their peers, how self-aware an employee is of their accomplishments and their overall abilities. We have been able to create relationships across remote teams and really cultivate and push people to interact with one another in one symbiotic platform that ties back to our HRMS (ADP Workforce Now). Overall, our employees know more about each other (shared hobbies, foods, etc), we are able to understand our employee pain points and we feel that our employees feel empowered to engage with senior leadership as wel. ### 46.
