I've also really loved getting analytics from on responses to surveys and annual review feedback -it's been a huge time saver. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** The only downside has been just learning a new software and what all it can do. With the help of HelloTeam and our dedicated CSM, Kendra, we were able to completely digitize our performance appraisal process. HelloTeam has taken a considerable task and provided a seamless transition to a user friendly platform for our managers and employees to use. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** It would be nice to rate goals within the goals page and tie that in with the formal annual appraisals, but we were easily able to accommodate this as questions within our appraisal forms. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** By moving to digital appraisals in HelloTeam, we have removed the manual paperwork, ended the constant email reminders and follow-ups for signing off. It works as a solid platform when we conduct our annual reviews, and I appreciate the ability for the self-review to occur within the system as well. The Home page is very user friendly, making it easy to navigate. The org chart is also a nice feature. As our Company continues to grow and the pace of hiring increases, it is sometimes easier to forget who the new hires are and who they report too. It is easy to update departments live as well, so when my Company added a department and changed titles, the system is easily updated to accommodate this. Their customer success/support teams are also great and go above and beyond to work with and support HR departments. **What do you dislike about HelloTeam?** It would be nice if HelloTeam had required employee fields. For example, there is no requirement to update one's profile with past experience, birthdays, etc. Unless it is set up at the time of hire, it is largely forgotten. Requiring pictures or sending email reminders would be nice as well. I understand that these are harder items for encourage employees to update however. Since most of this information isnt populated within my organization, it is a nice to have but unnecessary feature. **Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:** HelloTeam is a great platform to manage employees, handle annual reviews, and learn about the structure of the company (org chart) and fellow employees. The platform will also alert you to upcoming birthdays, anniversaries and new hires. **What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to HelloTeam, my Company was conducting performance reviews with excel files which were manually updated yearly and were a beast to tackle. Since transitioning to HT, the review process has been much smoother. It also allows the opportunity for employees to self-review themselves prior to meeting with their managers. In addition, it is nice to be able to see what individual and Company goals whenever desired. Previously with the excel file review documents, unless you kept it saved in an easy to locate file, you'd have to go on a manhunt to find it in order to track your individual and Company goals. ### 17.
