**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

I enjoyed seeing my organisation chart and getting a better understanding of my colleagues in a nice and clean way. Its functionality and practicality sets it aside and allows me and my colleagues to have a app similiar to facebok for the workplace. I have on recently joined this business and knowing who my team mates and colleagues are is a must, especially working within the customer service department.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Not much, maybe the way it looks. It could look more up to date and more clean as right now it looks a bit old fashioned. I would also like to see a feature like a wall, similar to facebook. It would be nice to post a happy birthday message to my peers as the smallest message may brighten someone elses day and it all starts with you.

**Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:**

Helloteams isn a great platform to get set up on, take the time to get to know your other employees and understand their passions, goals and aspirations.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had no problems right now, everything is fine how it is. The overall benefit is seeing your team and knowing who you work with as most of our employees are from around the world and may not get to meet them but on Helloteam at least I have a option of seeing them and keeping track of their careers. Having access to the whole of my companies employees is great for communication and collaborating with my peers in a safe and regulated environment.

It is very interactive and alerts you of the activity! It is simple yet fun to use! Anyone can enjoy and have a great time on this platform! We were also able to use the survey method to RSVP to our company holiday party, which is AWESOME!

I do not have any dislikes to mention at this time.

GET IT! You won't regret the interactive atmosphere it creates :)

We were able to take an official vote almost immediately and wish a few fellow employees a happy birthday with the click of a button!

Intranet, org chart, quick links to policies/docs that are hard to find in g-drive; kudos. We signed up to help manage performance reviews - which we've still not done - and found so many other benefits. We're encouraging our team to use it more as a way to give kudos, suggestions and we've run a couple surveys too. 
It's been great since we went 100% remote last year too!

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

The concept is great, it has a lot of information to showcase i.e. New Hires, Promotions, Birthdays, Anniversaries, News Feed, Employee Recognition, etc.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

It's not customizable enough.  It would be nice to be able to move things around, employee recognition is limited to manager level only to be able to recognize employees, it would be nice if we could add pictures to the news feed and not just be a link.  For birthdays and anniversaries and promotions if an employee hits the high five to acknowledge it moves over to the high five, it would be good if it was a like button and not a high five.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have provided HelloTeam with our list of wants which some are on the horizon and others they have noted for future enhancements.

I like updates from other parts of the company I don't interact with on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

There is a lot of functionality which goes unused if your organization isn't maximizing it. So there are a lot of "dead ends" or buttons which don't lead anywhere useful unless a lot of time and effort it put into it.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is spread over several offices and work-from-home employees.  HelloTeam gives us a common portal to interact with one another and get a status check on different parts of the company.

Everything company-related, in one place and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Not much, but depending on setup it can be hard to find certain company news/team announcements as they can't be "pinned" to the main page if they are very important.  Then get buried.

**Recommendations to others considering HelloTeam:**

I would recommend it if they want an easy-to-use, simple to administer one-stop shop for all things company news, directory and planning oriented.  No complaints at all.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved:  Ways to welcome new team members, Recognition (high-fives), company Rock/Goal Planning, weekly news (promotions, B-days, etc), Org Chart and internal company news
Benefits:  Helps feel connected, develop team members, hold 1:1s with managers and performance reviews w/ a running history, find everything in one system or place for the entire company, regardless of department.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

The 3000 points that I receive every 3 months :)  I can get a paid day off or a voucher from my favourite shop : EMAG from Romania. It is very well organised also.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I dislike the fact that I don't receive more points .. I would love to have more vouchers and coupons because I just bought a studio and I need to buy some electronics.

Start using it as fast as you can, it will change your life :)

The benefits are very wide, I just mentioned a few of them above. As problems solved, I think it is the old perception about the bonus received by the employees.

When I log in, in the dashboard I can see the most pertinent information of the day. I enjoy looking at the high fives and the warm wishes from all my team members throughout the world. it allows me to see feedback from my supervisors and peers.

nothing yet. I find it very helpful, I have only used it for a couple of weeks

The platform is clean and easy to navigate. I like how you can build out an Org chart, highlight important info on the employee dashboard(news, useful links, anniversaries, bdays, etc) 

The onboarding has been very smooth, my dedicated account manager has been so helpful with templates, tips and offering to take the load off of me with hopping in to complete onboarding tasks.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish that you could integrate High Fives into Slack channels so all users get notified, not just the employee receiving the High Five. 

Built in job competencies would be helpful as well.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems so far. 
Benefits include cutting down my admin time as the platform automates many tasks for me

That I don't have more points so I can take a day off and a shopping voucher. I am waiting for the next quarter to see how many points I will have at the end. Maybe I will take a day off for winter holidays.

You should start using it cause it has a lot of benefits.

HelloTeam solves some small issues that the old app had, as I understood from my team. The benefits are very good, I can not wait to get my free voucher and use it for Black Friday.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

We like the simplicity of the dashboard, the ability to search,  pull reports to identify trends, and customer service.  In particular, Jessica Backholm has done a great job of leading us through the set-up process.  She responds quickly to all of our requests and feels like part of our internal team.  She is a confident and knowledgeable presenter and was able to address questions from the various levels of users.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

We would like to see the ability to link values to areas of the review so that we can assign a numerical value to the reviews.  We'd also like to be able to separate the drop-down lists so that you can tailor the options rather than having one huge list that applies to multiple questions.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an employee development platform that would provide structure to the way we aid in the development of employees and serve as a repository for all of that information.  We were also looking for a tool that would provide reports so that we could identify trends and adjust as needed.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

Hi-Fives really are the best, in my opinion, which specifically is fairly significant. It is a nice way to show appreciation or just say hi to others in the team, or so they definitely thought. Giving a Hi-Five for not only birthdays but anniversaries, new hires and appreciation literally makes it even for all intents and purposes more fascinating to use HelloTeam in a subtle way. I literally have personally for all intents and purposes liked the interface and the ease of use aspect of HelloTea, contrary to popular belief.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

It would essentially have been kind of great if HelloTeam essentially had a gif reply option to Hi-Fives, which is quite significant. Gif specifically is a way to for the most part communicate with the means of moving images and is popular among younger generations in a subtle way. Popular social media platforms for all intents and purposes such as facebook, twitter etc literally have a gif function. Right now, HelloTeam only essentially offers text comments on Hi-Fives which doesn''t sound very exciting in a basically major way. Having a GIF functionality would literally spice things up and actually make the platform for all intents and purposes much more, or so they for the most part thought.

It is a great platform, especially in times like this when almost everyone is working remotely due to the pandemic. HelloTeam tries to bring everyone together and share exciting things about them.

Their customer service is excellent. We get quick responses to adjustments needed on our page. Navigation around the website is quick to learn and easy to navigate around. The ability to customize the company page is also a fantastic addition to their service.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Have yet to encounter any negative aspects of HelloTeam. They have always been eager to work with any ideas we have on implementing to the site, and it's only a platform that continues to grow and adjust for its users.

We had an idea to implement COVID check-in protocols with our team through HelloTeams, and the customer representatives that assisted us found a method to work with us on that.

I love the high five feature. There is something so satisfying about high-fiving someone rather than "liking" or giving a post a thumbs up. The amount of tools on this website has helped Administration shout out the employee of the month from every group. The features HelloTeam offers are the top tier in comparison to other websites. I would love to add HelloTeams to social media because this site is easy and fun to use.

I love everything about it! No dislikes. This site has helped the "in-office" team come together with people working from home. I can not even think of one dislike about this fantastic website. I wish that I could use HelloTeam with my friends and family as well as my coworkers.

Using HelloTeam will boost morale, and this website makes it easier to congratulate team members on their successes. HelloTeam makes every member of your team feel included, even the ones working from home. If I had to recommend someone on HelloTeam, I would advise them to join today. They are losing out by not using HelloTeam sooner.

The team has come together to celebrate each other's successes and shout out how great we all are as individuals. This website is an excellent tool for our team. **What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

HelloTeam is very user friendly for our company.  We have been able to create custom surveys, we just finished our first official round of performance reviews, and we are finding new ways to utilize the systems' features all the time.  The best thing about HelloTeam is the actual team behind the product!  They are always available, strategize with me on how best to use the system, and have been able to produce customized solutions for me.  This has made it so easy to partner with them and move forward with so many great processes!

There's nothing I dislike about HelloTeam.  Their reports and outputs aren't fancy, but they get the job done.  They are constantly working on new updates and features, so I am confident that the product will keep getting better!

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

I love using this site because it's very user-friendly. It keeps me up to date on other employees, like their birthday or work anniversaries, along with knowing who the company has recently hired and their job titles, along with their current facility. It even gives you the option to upload your photo. There is also allows you to fill out your profile with any skills or hobbies. You can then run a search to match ip with other employees who may have similar intrests. After playing around witht the page, I stumbled upon the directory that is very quick and easy to look others up in the system. Now that i've learned this, I will definitly be using the site more often.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

There is not one negative thing or dislikes that come to mind when it comes to HelloTeam. If it were up to me, I would recommend that there was a possible option to give a shout out or hit "like" to send congratulations for a person's birthday or anniversary. Even a possible thumbs up just to give others recognition for their accomplishments. I think that others would feel happy and appreciated along with looking forward to using HelloTeams more often and recommnding it to their collegues.

I would recommend not to hesitate and jump onboard.

Our company currently has a required daily survey that we have to fill out to rule out any possible covid exposures. This allows the administrators so better follow the health protocols and keep everyone safe.

Hello Team streamlines my company's performance management. The platform is pretty intuitive, easy to use, and the high five features are pretty fun too. The crew at Hello Team has been a pleasure to work with, specifically Shane Studley. He is all around stellar, proficient and dedicated to providing nothing short of white glove service.

Some products are only available in some locations. Hope it's possible to avail same products of other countries and just add a shipping fee

I love how user-friendly HelloTeam is! It is such an easy tool to implement. It has made the performance review process simple, as well as automated our one on ones and goal tracking.

I have loved using it so far. I strongly recommend checking out HelloTeam! They have made my life so much easier!

Our organization used to do reviews using our payroll provider, which was rigid and not easy to use. Using HelloTeam, we can customize the performance review to how we want and have easy-to-read analytics all in one place.

It's a great multifunctional platform offering organizational charts and employee profiles, allowing company personnel to learn about their colleagues and stay up to date with organizational news and changes.  High fives are also an excellent way to show appreciation and gratitude to colleagues and reward them for their hardwork.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

The interface is not very intuitive and could use an upgrade.

As a growing organization where many are still remotely working, being able to search your colleagues and find the appropriate personnel to coordinate with makes day to day communication much easier.

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

Getting targeted, constructive feedback from my manager is super easy with their performance review feature. Their platform provides a specific, actionable, always available reference with regards to performance, company/personal goals, and "high fives" we use to highlight outstanding performance. Conversly, providing my team with targeted, actionable performance reviews from a single platform is a breeze. The mobile app is great too.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I don't have any complaints / dislikes about the platform. It works well for us.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies and centralizes our performance reviews and people management while providing us with a full org chart, company directory, "high five" feedback, goal tracking, company events, company news, among other things.

I liked the product and versatitliy as well as the phone app.  However, the best part is the people of Hello Team and the service they provide.  World Class.

Nothing to this point, everything has met or exceeded  my expectations.

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first usage was for our Employee Engagement Survey.  This was the first survey we've used where all employees could complete it on their home computer or smartphone.  While the technology might have been been a little daunting for some it was praised by many.  The analysis tools are excellent.

Nothing comes to mind. The only thing I would change is to have the points begin higher than 1 when wanting to recognize a team member - maybe start at 50 or 100.

It's a good way to not only reward employees with goods and services, but it also helps with team building.

Not solving problems, but building relationships with team members. When giving recognition it strengthens my relationships with colleagues.

The response time is fast! The team responds very quickly to e-mail and chat requests. The team is always friendly and extermly helpful! And Chris is the absolute best!

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

We are unique with some of our needs with evaluations, so as an Admin, I have had to do a bit of extra work. However, HelloTeam is so great and is making enhancements to simplify the platform and help with the workflow for evaluations. They always listen and help!

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform has made our evaluation process paperless. All the employees love it because it houses all of their information in one central place, whereas before this, they were e-mailing me asking for their paper copies since no one ever kept them. So much easier to track!

**What do you like best about HelloTeam?**

HelloTeam's Client Success team is by far one of the best I've had the pleasure of working with! We introduced HelloTeam at my organization in early 2021, and the launch of this new platform wouldn't have been possible without our Client Success Manager (Kendra Guersoy) continual support (and, as an HR Department of One, I couldn’t have imagined doing it without her!) During the on-boarding process, Kendra was easily accessible, provided great resources, and was always willing to go above and beyond. Even after months of using the platform, Kendra is still providing new ideas and making suggestions on how to increase employee engagement in the platform. Also, she appreciates my feedback about user-experience and is always interested in my point of view. 

I’ve told my CEO, when we launch our SaaS product this year, I want to encourage our Client Success team to model this client focused approach. HelloTeam's approach to Client Success is a great example of what putting the client-first looks like.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Have not come across anything at HelloTeam I dislike! If I ever have any recommendations, the team is eager for feedback and wants to improve their technology for their clients!

**What problems is HelloTeam solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team finally has one place to store all our performance reviews (which are completed quarterly) and participate in monthly surveys. A huge benefit to HelloTeam for my company is not having to login to multiple websites, use Google Docs, and scanning multiple documents to save all of this information.

I love the auto sorting of tickets that get submitted to us. There are so many tools and features to create the perfect workflow for our organization. We used to use emails to capture tickets but ever since moving to HelloTeam it's made life so much better in the IT world!

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

I wish it would integrate into Teams a lot more to be able to work on tickets and put updates from the Teams phone app. It would be that much better. If there is already a way to do this please let me know :)

Usual IT issues are encountered a lot with our HelloTeam. Having a single source of requests and easily updating them with status is great

The way the site is set up and how easy everything flows together.  There is no guessing as to where you need to locate what you are looking to find.  The Dashboard is very user freindly.  The style of the site has a very upbeat look which attracts the eye to the entire page.

I like the responsiveness and innovation that HT provides to its customers. Their platform is constantly evolving to serve their customers better. Their innovations are fueled by real and honest client feedback, which I greatly appreciate.

**What do you dislike about HelloTeam?**

Some of the site UI is still very arduous. The ability to sort reviews the way you can sort surveys (active, completed, drafts) would be a HUGE improvement. Additionally, we are still working through some goal achievement roll-up functionality for some of our department. But, these types of changes come with evolving use of the system over time.

HelloTeam has given our org a more user-friendly platform to view goals and increase organizational transparency.

It's very easy & intuitive to use. I like that it allows me to give high fives with custom amounts to anyone at my company. I also love the org chart feature and how you can look up any individual's profile and then see directly where they are in the org chart.

I wish you had the ability to scroll freely along the org chart without having to click on someone to move around.

The system doesn't allow for much personalization or allow to post flyers instead of just links. A separate space where employees can chat or interact would be nice.
