I like being able to give 'high-fives' to my coworkers for the things that maybe go unthanked many times. What do you dislike about HelloTeam? I dislike when an employee's profile has not been set up so I can not welcome them or high-five them. We should really push the employee's to activate and use their accounts as there is a lot there they can resource. I would like to also have some kind of org chart accessible on there. Performance reviews are easy to track and easy to manage for both employees and managers. We really enjoy the sign off feature and the workflow from start to finish.
